The 28th CFR Far East Open Specification Naphtha Form Meeting
The 28th CFR Far East Open Specification Naphtha Form Meeting will be held in Singapore on 22 October.
The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Philip Pollock Esq., who is travelling from London for this event. Mr. Pollock will make a short presentation of the features of the new contract and how it will transform the market WITH the trading opportunities it creates – both in the East and the West – from its clarity of structure and terms which reflect the modern trading landscape and compliant, efficient operations.
Since the new contract will be licensed, there will be an opportunity to discuss the licensing arrangements and the administrative role of the Operations and Help Desk under OSNA 2025 with Mr. Pollock.
The new contract is not designed to extinguish the existing contract (OSN 2022-2) which will continue to satisfy existing contractual obligations.
The Meeting will be held on 22 October at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore. Doors will open at 17:30 followed by a presentation on the contract from 18:00 to 18:30. Drinks and Hors d’oeuvres will be served from 18:30 to 19:30 after which the meeting will end at 19:45.
